Boutique Behaviour Support, Centred on You
Centred on You was founded by three practitioners who share a passion for doing things thoughtfully, ethically, and with genuine care. Together, we bring over 60 years of experience across disability, behaviour support, and allied health, and a deep understanding of what meaningful, person-centred support truly looks like.
We created Centred on You as a boutique service – smaller, more connected, and guided by strong values. In our organisation, people are truly heard, culture and identity are respected, and quality is never compromised. By working closely with individuals, families, and support networks, we aim to deliver behaviour support that is shaped by each person’s story and empowers them to thrive.
Centred on You exists to demonstrate that behaviour support can, and should, be done better. We provide a boutique service that is thoughtful rather than rushed, ethical rather than transactional, and deeply grounded in accountability, quality, and care. Our intentionally small, well-governed team allows us to maintain strong oversight, reflective practice, and supports that are both safe and meaningful.
We believe services work best when there is clarity, consistency, and shared responsibility. Being a smaller, connected team enables us to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that genuinely make a difference. Every decision we make and every strategy we implement is guided by our values of empowerment, curiosity, inclusion, collaboration, and evidence-informed practice.
We don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” or production-line approach. Every person we support is unique, and our work reflects this. Supports are carefully designed, evidence-informed, and shaped by the individual’s goals, lived experience, and support network.
Our team values collaboration and transparency, working closely with participants, families, and other professionals to ensure our support is ethical, compliant, and aligned with best practice. We use clear structures, shared knowledge, and have a strong focus on reflective and ethical decision-making.
Our work is grounded in the belief that:
